Where is my order?
Check the order tracking page with your order number and the email or mobile number you used at checkout. Once shipped, your courier tracking ID appears there too.
Can I get a sample?
Yes — for anyone considering a bulk order we send a sample of the relevant grade. Email us with the product and your address.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes — we export worldwide. International freight is quoted per order rather than charged at checkout, and import duties are payable by you on arrival. The International Shipping & Export Policy sets out transit times, customs documentation and phytosanitary certification.
Do you quote for bulk?
For consignments above 100 KG we quote freight separately and can usually improve on the web price. Tell us the product, quantity and destination pincode.
