These terms govern your use of the Angalamman Traders website and any order you place through it. Please read them before completing a purchase.

This website is operated by Angalamman Traders, Coir Industrial Estate, Alappuzha, Kerala 688001, India. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Angalamman Traders, and “you” refers to the person placing an order.
By browsing this website, adding items to your cart or completing a purchase, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We sell natural coir products made from coconut husk. Because coir is an agricultural product, minor variation in colour, fibre length and texture between batches is normal and is not a defect. Product photographs are representative rather than exact.
Each product listing states clearly whether it is sold:
Where a product is sold by weight, the price shown is the price per kilogram. Where it is sold by piece, the price shown is the price per single item.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown separately in your cart and again on the checkout page before you pay.
The final payable amount is calculated on our servers. The totals shown in your browser are for your information; the amount charged is the amount our system computes from the current product price, your quantity, and the shipping rule in force at that moment.
We may change prices at any time. A price change never affects an order that has already been placed — your order permanently records the price you were charged.
Stock levels shown on the site are live. You cannot order more of a product than we currently hold. Stock is deducted from our inventory only after your payment has been confirmed, so an abandoned or failed checkout never blocks stock for other customers.
In the rare case that a product becomes unavailable between your payment and dispatch, we will contact you and offer a full refund of the affected items.
Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. An order exists once you complete checkout and a payment is initiated. Your order is confirmed only when our systems have verified the payment directly with our payment gateway.
You will receive an order number in the format ORD-YYMMDD-XXXXXX. Keep it — together with the email address or mobile number you used at checkout, it is how you look up your order on our tracking page.
You must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and supported wallets.
We do not receive, process or store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or net-banking credentials. Those details are entered on Cashfree’s secure payment page and are held by Cashfree, not by us. We store only the payment reference identifiers needed to reconcile and refund your order.
An order is treated as paid only after server-side verification with Cashfree. A success message shown in your browser alone is never sufficient — if verification fails or is still pending, your order will show as pending until it settles.

We may cancel any order and refuse service where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, and the site design — belongs to Angalamman Traders or its licensors and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may view and print pages for your own reference; any other use requires our written permission.
Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including loss of profit, loss of crop, or business interruption — arising from the use of our products.
Coir is a natural material. It is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that a product is suitable for your intended use before ordering in quantity. We are happy to send a sample on request.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Alappuzha, Kerala.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “last updated” date above tells you when this page last changed.
