We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. We do not currently ship internationally. If your pincode turns out to be unserviceable after you order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
A flat shipping charge of ₹50.00 applies to orders delivered within India.
Orders with a subtotal of ₹2,000.00 or more ship free. The discount is applied automatically — you will see the shipping line change to “Free” in your cart.
The exact shipping charge for your order is always shown in your cart and again on the checkout page before you pay. Shipping is calculated by our servers, not by your browser.
For bulk consignments — typically above 100 KG — please contact us before ordering so we can quote freight separately and arrange the most economical transport.
Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. We dispatch within 2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During the monsoon we occasionally hold a consignment back by a day to ensure the fibre is fully dry before baling. If that affects your order we will let you know.
Once dispatched, typical transit times are:
These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can extend them.
When your order ships we record the courier’s tracking ID against it. You can see the tracking ID and your current order status at any time on our order tracking page — enter your order number together with the email address or mobile number you used at checkout.
Your order moves through these stages:
Fibre and pith are supplied in compressed, breathable bales — we deliberately avoid sealed plastic, which traps moisture and can cause the fibre to develop mould in transit. Mats, rope and twine are wrapped in recyclable paper or jute.
Because coir is baled under compression, a consignment may look smaller than you expect. What matters is the weight, which is checked on calibrated scales before dispatch.
Please inspect the packaging before accepting a delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly torn, wet or tampered with, either refuse the consignment or ask the delivery person to note the damage on the delivery sheet, and photograph it before opening.
Report shortages or transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, so we can raise a claim with the courier. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens next.
Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails because nobody is available, the address is incorrect, or the consignment is refused without cause, the parcel is returned to us. In that case we will refund the order value less the actual outbound and return freight costs.
Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct before you pay.
