Half a tonne of graded, machine-combed coir fibre in twenty compressed bales, at mill rate.
Five hundred kilograms of our standard coir fibre, pressed into twenty twenty-five-kilogram bales and priced at the rate we sell to mills rather than the retail rate per kilogram.
Same fibre as the loose grade: mature husks, retted in fresh water, machine combed to strip dust and short strands, and screened for sand before baling. Long, springy and consistent enough that a rope maker or upholsterer can run a season on it without re-tuning their process between bales.
Bought by rope and mat manufacturers, mattress and upholstery workshops, and geotextile weavers. Bales are strapped and stackable, sized to load a standard truck without wasted space.
